I needed to order a piece of free form vinyl for replacement for my inground pool. I did a chat on my computer and instantly they told me I was not in the right department and that they would have someone contact me. I thought, as usual, like other places that wouldn't happen so at the same time I left messages with a couple other companies. To my surprise your employee, Denise Gibson, contacted me by email within a half hour. We did everything by email and she had my info that I needed that same day. And she was very, very helpful. It took my husband and I to decide with what we were doing and Denise kept in constant touch so we felt we weren't forgotten. We made the decision and we did have a few questions and a couple different times and she got back to us each time quickly. She even was willing to take any calls or emails when she was not actually working, as we did have a time difference. When we placed our order she let us know the pay options we had that nobody else had offered. She was very helpful in all areas. Thank you Denise Gibson!

I have been more than happy with the service and quality of the product from this company. This is the second liner that I have purchased and the fit has been perfect. Denise was helpful and made the ordering process easy. I needed a new liner last year, but delayed ordering because, due to all of the variables associated with Covid, the estimated time was 6 weeks. I expected a delay this time too, but was pleasantly surprised when my liner arrived the same week that I ordered it! I will order from this company again.

Denise helped us place our order. This is the third liner we have put in. Ordering was easy and Denise made the process simple. The line fit wonderful. It was the smoothest liner install we have done.

We chose to order from Pools Etc. I read reviews and decided that I would give them a chance regardless of others comments.... I am happy to say, that I am very satisfied with the customer service and chats that I have had with these goods people. I hope all is well with others, and this just says when in doubt, take a chance it may just work out in your favor! Oklahoman proud of doing business with this company.

I must rate this company five (5) stars because of their Customer Service Representative – Courtney. I ordered Pool Steps which included an outside Ladder. The order consists of a single part number (to include both parts – the steps and ladder); however, the physical items are packaged separately, have separate part numbers, and are shipped separately. Therefore, when I placed my order – the warehouse only shipped the outside ladder; the major component (Steps) never arrived. Six weeks later (I was out of town traveling), I contacted Courtney and explained the situation that I was still expected another shipment of the Steps. Courtney went into action, provided me with a tracking number and kept me up-to-date with all the details. Low and behold, I actually received the same Ladder that was previously sent. I had to contact Courtney again, and explain that the warehouse shipped the wrong item; I now have two (2) Ladders, and no Steps. Courtney went into action again, kept me informed as to her progress with the investigation, informed me about the new shipment, and provided me with a tracking number. Within a couple of days, I received my Steps and now have the complete set of Steps and Ladder. I will say that things do happen occasionally; however, working with Courtney was pleasant, and she gave me the impression all along that she was going to take care of my me and my order. The FIVE STARS goes out to Courtney in Customer Service. Courtney is great, and I have full confidence in Pools Inc. as a company. Thank you Courtney!

Very knowledgeable company. Great customer service. Have ordered several liners from them they fit great. Has been about a 2 week turn around time so I think that's pretty quick.

Denise was very helpful in educating me on the measurements and types of pools so that I could order the proper liner for my pool.
