Very fishy. Two weeks and no action on my order. Called and tried to cancel, they said they would "put in a request." No items, no refund, no help. Will see how this turns out, but I am skeptical.

I would give them a zero if I could. Ordered a pool and accessories from them over a month later still no pool. Contacted Shaun 4 times and was told the first time(on a Monday) it would ship that Friday. It never shipped contacted him 3 other times he said he would get In Contact with the warehouse and get back to me. He never did. I am now waiting on my refund as he said it was shipping this afternoon. Big surprise it didn’t ship. I would not buy from this company. They take your money as soon as you place your order and then don’t deliver.

I ordered a pool in May, 2020 in the amount of $3500 and never received it. In July I cancelled the order. I have called Shaun repeatedly to get my refund but all I get is excuses. They must plan on stealing my money like they have done with countless others going back several years ago and still have not been arrested. Bob O

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could!! We ordered a pool from them on March 17th paid in full on that day and STILL haven’t seen ANYTHING! We just get the run around when calling and have been dealing with Shaun. It took them 5 weeks to figure out that the pool I had ordered wasn’t actually in stock at the time. 5 weeks!!!! And I had called MULTIPLE times a week during that 5 weeks to be told that it’s slow right now getting them out due to the pandemic. I’m a nurse, I get that, but there wasn’t even a pool in stock to be shipped and they didn’t realize it!!! We are now past the 11 week mark and they have told me 4 different states that the pool is coming from and I was told 2 WEEKS AGO that it’s in stock and would ship. It’s always “you will hear from me by the end of the day today with a tracking number” and guess what happens??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! No phone calls back, no emails no tracking number and NO POOL!!!! Stay away from this company!!

I would put 0 stars if I could. Sept of 2020 ordered a sand filter almost 500 bucks . Received nothing to this date . No refund no sand filter. Now Iam asking for store credit he won’t talk to me said check was issued. I have gotten NOTHING!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! April 21 2021

Cannot get a hold of them. Have bad business reviews. Trying to stop product order. Impossible. Do not order from this business. FRAUD.

DO NOT waste your time or pay for ANYTHING through this company. We ordered a pool last May, received it in August (after being told numerous times it will ship "next week"). 17 PVC Bead Hangers were NOT included, so I called Sean and was told they would be shipped out "next week". NEVER received the pieces so my husband went and bought them. NOW trying to get reimbursed for pieces we needed is the same story..the check is in the mail since mid December! Sean, Larry and Debbie are useless employees. Stay clear of this company and support your LOCAL pool businesses.

It's too bad I didn't read the reviews here before ordering an above-ground winter cover from this obviously scam outfit! They shipped me a different winter cover than the one I ordered and then basically refused to do anything about it. This was plainly the wrong product, and the people answering the phones acted like they couldn't do anything about the situation. We are contesting the charge with our credit card company. The cover we received is still in its box. We had to order the correct cover again from a different source and it is now on our pool. STAY AWAY FROM "POOLS INC." AKA "POOLS ETC." AKA "RECDISCOUNT.COM"
