Hello Greg! Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Small businesses depend on them. On Christmas Eve, let me say a few words of gratitude to you and all of our customers: We're very glad that you choose our products and recommend them here, on Trustpilot, in other reviews websites, and just to your friends (it is easy to see when new orders come to us from a small American city or ... from an Australian town, many new orders). We will continue to be attentive to your wishes, as well as solve ANY problems on the way of our goods to you and ... follow our mission: PONOMA® creates eco-friendly stainless steel furniture & sculptures to save forests & animals. ❤️ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!❤️ Ponoma team, www.ponoma.com

Hello Terence, Many thanks for your time and the feedback! It is very important for us to know the opinion of our customers about our products and services. Sometimes (for example, the last shelf was damaged) we transport the shelf directly from our European factory. But this really takes time, and the client is already finishing his renovation process. Therefore, we are increasing the number of sizes available in the warehouse, and now there are more than 100 of them in our warehouse in Illinois! Come to us again for shopping, we are always glad to see you in our store. Best regards, Ponoma team

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. Actually, our business depends on it. We try to always ship on time, but during these holidays the logistics were terrible and unfortunately we've delayed shipments for our several customers . For this case, we have a special fund and we pay from it 1% for each day of delay. It's not much, but let's be honest, none of our logisticians have yet followed our example and compensated us for the delays. Maybe this will change in 2021?😋 Thanks again for your time and wish you good luck in the New Year!🎅 Be well and stay safe, Ponoma team, Champaign, IL United States
