Pomcar's service was great. I used it in Grapevine, TX, without me being present. Even though they advertise the service can take 48h, they scheduled it directly with the dealer for the same day. I had my full report ready just over 4h after I requested it online. The report was very thorough and included a lot of close-up photos of every detail. Because of their service, I was confident to continue with the purchase even without seeing the car.

"Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. I scheduled an inspection for a vehicle I was ready to purchase, but the technician arrived several hours late without notice. Due to their lack of punctuality, the dealership sold the car to another buyer while I was waiting for Pomcar. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing for their failure, the company sent me a rude and insulting email accusing ME of wasting THEIR time. Their incompetence cost me the vehicle I wanted. If you are a serious buyer, stay away from Pomcar; they are disorganized and disrespectful to their customers
