Product was shipped quicker than expected (good!), was very heavy duty and colors matched the descriptions. Have had many positive comments from neighbors and look forward to many years of "satisfied seating!"

We have had our table since last summer, 2018. Love it! Looks great on our patio, with an umbrella. Will keep this company in mind for other home needs.

I contacted polly products with an outdated catalog, never having ordered a bench before in my life. The knowledgable rep. talked me through it and was very patient. Everyone was extremely happy with the bench and the engraving on it.

We have not put the bench together yet, but it was exactly as promised.

Kimberly
The bench we ordered for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary turned out to be the best gift! The personalized message on the front is priceless - mom and dad placed it on their porch and sat on it often while watching the sun set to the west. Little did we know that our father would suddenly lose his battle with a very slow growing cancer within the year. Now it’s a memorial to our loving father and a place that our mother cherishes daily. Thank you! Solid quality product and excellent customer service!!

Dear Kimberly, We are so sorry to hear of your loss. You've described a beautiful picture of your parents' devotion enjoying the sunsets together. Thank you for trusting us with your thoughtful gift and priceless memorial. We are truly honored.
Debra
Very happy with Polly Products. Our park district bought 3 tables and one was broken due to what I suspect was misuse by kids but Polly Products replaced and sent the replacement parts free of charge as promised! I love good customer service and consequently recommended PP to a friend who bought 2 more tables...........
Response from Polly ProductsApr 8, 2019
Thanks so much, Debra. Your review is the best recommendation. It is our mission to keep plastic out of landfills, which is why we have broken parts returned here on our shipping account and recycle them again. Thank you for being part of the solution!

We ordered a Buddy Bench for our school’s playground! It looks exactly like what we ordered! It is sturdy, all the words are exactly what and where we wanted them, easy to clean, and will hold up forever! AMAZING! The process of ordering all the way to delivery was so quick and easy! Their customer service was so nice! They are a wonderful company! We highly recommend this company!
