Lawrence
Great products. They stand up to the beach environment better than anything else we have tried.
Response from Polly ProductsJun 4, 2019
Yeah, we love the beach! Thank you for your patronage and kind review, Lawrence. We appreciate both.
Cheryl
Customer service is excellent. One of the boards on my husband's memorial bench was defective and was replaced at no charge.
Response from Polly ProductsJun 3, 2019
Hi, Cheryl. Again, we're sorry for the inconvenience but happy to make things right for you. Thank you for your cooperation in boxing the 'oops board' so we could bring it back for recycling. Trust is earned by promises kept. Thanks for giving us that chance, Cheryl.
Andrea
These benches were a great choice for my son's Eagle Scout Project. The benches arrived in record time, the pieces were well-constructed and easy for 15-year-old Boy Scouts to put together. The Polly Products staff was great to work with and I also received a Boy Scout discount.
Response from Polly ProductsJun 3, 2019
Great to hear that your son's project was successful. We really appreciate being chosen to be a part of it. Thank you!
Jake
Post 144 is very happy with your benches. We have purchased 7 benches so far and plan to do more in the future. Thank you for the good workmanship. Jake

Scott B.
Amazing customer service, worked with me to get my order shipped as quick as possible, and I really appreciate their Military/Veteran discount.
Response from Polly ProductsMay 17, 2019
First, thank you so much for your sacrifices in service. The discount can't begin to repay our veterans and active duty service personnel, but it's the least we can do to support you. We're happy to hear you're pleased with your order and the process. Thanks for sharing and hope to work with you again!
Linda
