I was missing a heap of documents and had no way of getting them myself, but they tracked every one of them down. I'm Australian and was living in Colombia through the whole process. Once our citizenship was confirmed, the team remained consistent with their guidance, including detailed instructions on what happens after the citizenship confirmation is decided, ie. visiting a local consulate, etc. I would fully recommend using Poland Passport for your citizenship confirmation journey - it's a long process by default, as the Polish government is inundated with applications, so it really pays off to use a provider who remains attentive and communicative throughout it all.
