I've been using PoKeep for a while, it can indeed work for Pokemon GO, work for both Android and iPhone, and no need for jailbreak or root, that's very nice.

Used it to change location in Pokemon GO when the weather is bad. Took 10 minutes to connect but it worked fine after that.
