In American Falls yesterday I was…Bad business practices
In American Falls yesterday I was charged $209 to have my oil changed and a serpentine belt. I even brought in my own oil and filter. I thought I would gave this new business a try. Initially I was told during two different phone calls over the phone the oil change would be $42 if I brought in my own oil and filter. I will never take my cars there again. A business that does not stand my their word. I will continue to go to A and P. A wonderful place for auto repair and a place the you can TRUST. When I picked up my car she apologized that the oil change would be an adtional fee and not the origional quoted price.
