Horrible customer service! I ordered a shirt for my Mom for Mother’s Day. The order was placed 4/28. It’s been “in process” since 4/29. Shipping was to take place between 5-15 business days. Today is the 17th business day and they only give generic responses from their customer service reps telling you that it’s in process and will ship soon. I’ve even threatened them with poor reviews and BBB complaint, but it’s still just generic responses.

Seriously how have you guys already received your shirts? I ordered on 4/26/20 and it is now 5/18/20 and it has NO update! It’s been “processing” since 4/26. These people are con artists who paid a couple thousand for some Facebook ad’s near Mother’s Day so they can screw over innocent hardworking people like myself. This is bullsh*t. Terrible company. Don’t waste your money! They basically stole $40 from me for a fckn t shirt that didn’t even come on Mother’s Day and still hasn’t came after a month!

Ordered shirt for Mother’s Day. Got it late with a black ink stain on bottom. The company should have checked it prior to shipping. Perhaps they thought I wouldn’t notice. Asking for a refund.

I purchased a shirt for my mother in law and realize upon completing the purchase that it was the wrong size. I immediately sent a request to their customer service department to see if they could change the size. I made the order and sent the email on 4/30. I received a response email 5/16 saying they could not change the order. I am HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED at their response time and EXTREMELY disappointed that they refuse to make accommodations and changes to my order especially when I made the request immediately after the purchase.

Horrible communication. Placed order 2 weeks ago and still in processing. Never again
