These are very interesting and useful ideas

I'm never happy when a web-based company only provides email customer support BUT Podbean has changed my view of email customer support. I reached out to them and figured (despite their claim to have a quick response) it may be a while to get a reply. Well, I thought I was right and reached out again a week later, only to find I missed their reply almost immediately after my original support ticket was submitted. Podbean graciously forwarded me the missed email and within 5 minutes and 3 email messages later, my issue was resolved. Best email customer support ever!
