I ordered some wristbands and the first shippment got lost in the mail. I wrote to customer support, since the post really couldn't find it, and the owner responded in literally 10 minutes and fixed it all, just sent me a new shippment, no extra money, no further questions asked. Product is also really good, but mostly really impressed with customer support.
