This Company Actually Doesn't Deserve Any Type Of Nothing From Me! I've Emailed Plushberry Several Times About My Order For The Icy Girl Name Plate And As Of Today,September 27,2022 No Response From This "Company" On My Order Placed Back In July,On The 2nd Day 2022,That Has Been Paid In FULL!! I'm Contacting The Better Business Beaur,To Give Awareness Of This Scheme/Scam Of A "Business" And In The Process Of Getting A Refund As My Bank Is Working On It!!

I received my pendant and it was damaged, I have written several emails and no reply.I went to the Instagram page and saw a video of my necklace on the site with the same damage. So they knew it was messed up when it was sent out to me and that is extremely unprofessional,I saved their Instagram video as proof because I plan to take action if my emails don’t get answered.I would not recommend using Plush just because they will send you defective products KNOWING they are defective..

Love them! Shipping is reasonable and they actually respond to emails and DMs on their Instagram page! Will continue to shop
