My experience with Plum was top notch from the start. Their website was the best I've seen for customizing the ring setting, and their selection of diamonds gave me so many options within my budget. I loved that each diamond had the certificate available for viewing so I could see a map of any inclusions and all measurements. I had a couple questions and Kristy helped me through the whole process and the level of communication was excellent. I was notified when it would ship (overnight!) and it arrived very well packaged. The ring is PERFECT and even better than I imagined. I would recommend this company to anyone who is passionate about ethically sourced custom jewelry.
