Plum DiamondsReviews of plumdiamonds.com

The online selection was seamless, easy, and frankly fun. I loved being able to hand select a diamond and add it to the setting we wanted. When the ring arrived, it exceeded expectations. It's flawless and gorgeous. Kristy reached out to me right away, and communicated with me the whole time. Above and beyond. I'm excited to work with this company again in the future and have recommended them to friends as well.

UNBELIEVABLE! I have never received such personalized service, care or consideration from an online retailer before in my life. The Plum team made it all so easy and the end result is amazing, and much more impressive than anything I ever dreamed I could afford. Highly recommend.

Everything about Plum Diamonds was absolutely perfect. It was so easy to design the perfect ring with Kristy, and she kept me updated with production and shipping. The ring is absolutely perfect. Making such a big and important purchase on line was a little scary for me but I felt so well communicated with and everything worked out so well.

Incredible!!! Incredible rings, incredible service, incredible all around! Plum Diamonds rings really are something special. Thank you so much with everything! She loved them!

The ease of purchase, and Kristy’s help was great. Beautiful ring. Very satisfied. Better in person than in pictures.

I cannot express enough how impressed and grateful I am for the exceptional work of Plum Diamonds. From the moment I first talked to Kristy (through email), I knew that I was in good hands. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Kristy was incredibly patient with me as I discussed my vision for the perfect engagement ring and band. They listened carefully and asked insightful questions to help guide me toward a design that truly reflected my style and preferences. I ordered the Find Your Diamond Kit first and I could tell they thoughtfully curated the contents based on what I was looking for. My fiancé ended up selecting a gorgeous diamond that I fell in love with immediately. I was a little worried about choosing a diamond online, however, Kristy assured me once she had it in her hand she would tell me if we needed to make a change or not. I totally trusted her and it was well worth it. The craftsmanship of the ring itself was absolutely exquisite. Every detail was carefully considered, and the final product was nothing short of stunning. The ring was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Throughout the entire process, Kristy and her team were professional, friendly, and accommodating. They always kept me updated on the progress of the ring and were willing to make adjustments to ensure that it was perfect. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to creating a ring that I will cherish for a lifetime. I highly recommend Plum Diamonds to anyone looking for a truly exceptional engagement ring. Their work is truly outstanding, and I cannot imagine having gone anywhere else. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful and meaningful piece of jewelry!

Plum Diamonds is an amazing company and I can’t rave about them enough. I loved the diamond selection, the amazing Plum team, the beautiful settings, the warranty and so much more. My ring is something I will cherish for the rest of my life and I’m thankful to have found Plum Diamonds!

I love my engagement ring! The process was simple. Kristy at plum was very helpful and quick with communication. Having the option of receiving the at home kit was great! It really helped me decide size and shape of diamond. (I went completely different than what I originally wanted.) My diamond is stunning and I am always getting complements. The ring feels solid and will hold up great to everyday wear. I'm extremely pleased and would definitely recommend Plum!
