The team at Plum Diamonds were…AMAZING
The team at Plum Diamonds were absolutely wonderful! I was in a urgent situation and they did their best job to get the ring to us just in time for our wedding! The ring is absolutely beautiful and my wife does not stop getting compliments about her ring. Super professional and very satisfied with their customer service.

User friendly
Website is super user friendly for customized rings. Very low pricing for top quality. Kristy and Renee have been super great thus far! It’s made the upcoming proposal a little less stressful knowing she’s gonna love the ring :)

Quality service and craftsmanship
Had an excellent experience here! My partner and I recently had our wedding bands engraved at Plum Diamonds, and couldn't be happier with the result. We worked closely with Kristy throughout the process, she even helped collaborate with us on the design. The craftsmanship and customer service here are both high quality. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional service - will use again!
I had a wonderful experience. Kristy was very helpful in maximizing my budget and helping me narrow down which stone was the right one based on the emerald cut I desired. Renee was extremely helpful in coordinating shipping and offered various avenues of delivery, home, office, or a local FedEx option as a signature upon delivery was required.
Response from Plum DiamondsOct 2, 2023
Thank you, Kurt, for your kind words! We are so very happy you're happy and it was a pleasure working with you.
