The best experience!
The team at Plum Diamonds was incredible! Quick responses (like when I needed to change my ring size after I placed my order), great follow-up, and an amazing ring I could actually afford! I’ve already recommended them to a few of my friends who are in the market for an engagement ring.

Awesome communication/ shipping/ quality
Overall 11/10 experience with the company. Great choices and quality is A++. Cost is more than fair. Will recommend them. Shipping was a day earlier than expected and Renee is amazing to work with!

Amazing experience!!
I can't rave about Plum Diamonds enough!! I came across them in instagram and browsed their website. I opted to message them on instagram and received a reply back almost immediately. They were SO helpful picking out a diamond! I was impressed with how timely replies were and how helpful the messages were (often including links to pictures/videos of their real product for consideration and comparison). After I placed my order they even accommodated a last minute request to make my order “rush” to receive it sooner. Finally, the ring is STUNNING. The diamond is gorgeous and the setting is impeccable. My husband and I are completely thrilled with it and the service we received along the way. Hands down we’d work with Plum again and would recommend them to anyone. You will NOT regret choosing Plum!

My ring is absolutely beautiful and I could not love it more! You can tell the amount of thought and attention that was put into every detail from the moment you open the packaging. The hand-written note included was a sweet touch and further reinforced the very personal feel of the entire process.
