When it came time to upgrade for my 15 year anniversary I would never have thought I would have ended up choosing a company online and a product unseen. However, from the moment I first made contact the service was top notch. Renee was amazing to work with and would respond to any questions within the same day and even after hours! As this was a custom piece you can trust I had many many questions! She took pride in her job and you could 100% tell from the service she provided. There was a small hiccup along the way as the Diamond I selected unfortunately wasn’t available (this happens from time to time and I already knew this) and Renee reached out immediately, not only to let me know but to advise her and Kristy already had a solution which ended up as an upgrade! I would hands down recommend them. I was updated every step of the way and 100% taken care of at every step. Couldn’t recommend more. My ring is absolutely stunning and I will now be purchasing a wedding band from them in the near future!

My original engagement ring broke right around the 15 year mark and we decided to upgrade. I bought my fiancé her Dream ring, kristy and Renee were very responsive and very informative. We had to resize the ring and add beads because of her tiny finger. We had originally planned on a 2.7 round diamond but decided to go for a 3CT. Any questions we had they will respond very quickly. They are with us every step of the way. I promise you, you won't get disappointed!
