My husband bought me an absolutely GORGEOUS radiant cut Plum Diamond for our 22nd wedding anniversary and I am “OVER THE MOON” about my ring!!! Kristy, Renee and the entire team are absolutely incredible! They are always available to answer any questions you may have and they are SO kind! We have had an AWESOME, seamless experience with PLUM Diamonds from start to finish! We will now buy all of our jewelry only from Plum Diamonds!

I am so completely obsessed!!!! My husband and I ordered my upgrade ring from Plum and they blew us away with my ring and with their customer service. They emailed us and let us know the original diamond I had picked didn't end up living up to their standards but that they found a similar diamond that was the same cut, carat, and clarity but ended up being a better color. And it didn't cost us anything extra. They could have just sent the diamond we had originally picked and let it be on us if I didn't like it since it was what we picked but they didn't do that. They made sure that I would love the ring I ended up getting and even finished it and got it delivered early. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone who will listen to me.

They even go the extra mile to explain exactly what styles will be expected in the curated kit for you along with links to see each design. We specifically loved the ability to pick up the stones with a plain ring to get a better idea of what shape/size we loved. Overall, amazing experience from start to finish would recommend :)
