The rings are beautiful. The customer service was impeccable. I truly felt valued and Renee was always helpful along through process. I highly recommend using Kristy and Renee. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to both of you for taking so much time and providing me the perfect pieces.

The communication was great throughout the whole process. It really seemed like they went the extra mile to ensure my peace of mind as I searched for the perfect diamond.

Just wanted to share my experience, I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé, she loved it. The quality of the diamond is excellent and it shines incredibly. Also, wanted to mention that the customer service was excellent, they quickly responded to all my questions and keep me updated about my order.

The customer service you receive is truly unmatched. From the moment we placed our order, we received PERSONAL email contact which remained consistent throughout the entire process to check in and update us on the status of our order. You will not find the same experience elsewhere. My Wife was literally speechless when we received her ring and we could not be happier. Thank you all for making this so easy and a special thank you to those who spent their time crafting this piece for us.

The diamond ring buying experience was very easy- they made it simple to design and choose the diamond you want with all the specific characteristics. My fiance loves it, and it looks more expensive than it is!
