We received our engagement ring on July 3, 2025 (ordered on June 9, 2025) and it's absolutely beautiful! At first, I was very hesitant with ordering my ring online since we had a horrific experience with another jeweler that ruined the whole experience for me. I came across Plum and decided to do my research and a deep dive into their company, I read nothing but positive reviews and feedback. I was able to chat with Renee briefly and explained to her at the time my experience with the previous jeweler. She was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions giving me reassurance. Everything about my experience was excellent! The price for the quality of the diamond and ring was great. The customer service was impeccable. I needed rush delivery, and after there was a small snafu when FedEx failed to pick up the ring, Plum Diamonds drove the ring to my house to ensure it arrived before leaving on my trip.

The customer service is unparalleled. The Plum team is quick to respond to questions or requests and are happy to put together a custom kit to ensure you feel secure in your selection. No other company has provided anywhere near this level of service, which is akin to a luxury powerhouse brand. And to make things even better, the jewelry is stunning and well-made. I will be getting a complete set from Plum and hope to acquire more heirloom pieces in the future.
