We were ordering a Toto Drake Toilet from their Website We were one step from "buy now" during CHECKOUT (last step - past the cart) - They REQUIRE Customers to CALL or EMAIL for SHIPPING RATES! Wow are you kidding me? What is the point of having online ordering if you can't actually order anything? No 2nd chances to companies living in the 1990s

It's simply a crap product continually put out.

Customer service spent a day hunting down and get me a great price on a discontinued Newport Brass faucet that matched an adjacent sink. Saved me having to buy 2 new ones in order to have them match. I applaud their effort.
