Plumb Professionals has fantastic customer service!
Andy has been so responsive and helpful. What I expected to be a simple issue tired into a major water mitigation problem. He connected me with a great water mitigation company and helped me through the process of initiating the process with our home owners insurance. I would have been completely overwhelmed without his assistance!

Water leak under the washer
We had a water leak under our washing machine. I called you all on Monday and Andy arrived at noon that day. He was unable to give me a diagnosis as the washer needed to be removed. I had the washer removed Wednesday and Andy came back Thursday morning at 7am. He determined that the copper pipe had split going into the ground and that is where our leak was coming from. He had to go and get what was needed to repair the pipe and returned in 40 minutes. He repaired the pipe and I can now do a weeks worth of laundry. We are so happy with Andy and Plumb Professionals. This is the third time we called them this year. In February they installed a new water heater and in October they did some minor plumbing repairs for us. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
