PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MY COMPANY PLUMBING PRONTO (BASED IN GLASGOW SCOTLAND) IS NOT THE COMPANY NAMED BELOW IN THESE REVIEWS……..IT IS PRONTO PLUMBING. I HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR OVER 15 YEARS DOING BATHROOMS INSTALLATIONS ACROSS THE CENTRAL BELT AND HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THIS OTHER COMPANY. PLEASE REMOVE INACCURATE REVIEWS REGARDING PLUMBING PRONTO

Didn't fix my boiler, charged me £300. Their diagnosis of the problem was wrong. Wouldt give me a refund or discount and don't respond to emails. Overall the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid avoid avoid

On 6/17/25, Pronto Plumbing’s technician snapped a water line during a repair, causing severe flooding. Despite providing evidence (photos, contractor reports, and insurance proof), they denied responsibility. I had to file a lawsuit Gwinnett County Courts to recover damages. Avoid this company—they refuse to stand behind their work.
