Read these reviews before you give them money you’ll never get back! I bought a kitchen sink grid in December and they charged my card. I then checked in a month later because it never shipped. They replied right away saying the order is pending processing. A few more weeks went by and I checked again, same reply - the order is processing but we’ll send you an update asap! A month later, same thing. I cancel the order and request a refund. A month later, still no refund. Same story over and over from others. What a scam of a company. Someone should investigate this.

My experience was disastrous. I ordered a custom $1,600 lighted makeup mirror. The item shipped was significantly different than the description and picture on the website, and it had a plug for a European outlet, which is useless in the U.S. The company said they wouldn't accept the return since it was a custom order, no matter that they didn't fulfill the order correctly.

Complete Scam. Stay far away from this company!

Don't be fooled by website reviews and BBB rating as I was. Shipping date for my order was never set. I am still waiting for my refund after having cancelled my order over a month ago.

Awful customer service. Ordered parts 2-26-26 they delivered a little bottle of faucet wax not worth the $78 that I paid for the part, was told it’s a freebie was promised I’d have the part by 3-9-26 I called on 3-12-26 the part has not shipped my customer has been waiting and no update they promised several times I would hear from a manager but I never got the call I was promised. As a business owner I am in complete shock at the lack of accountability as of today I would strongly urge anyone who thinks of ordering anything from them to find a better supplier or you will be waiting your customers will be waiting at it will only damage your reputation. Don’t use these guys!!

I placed an order for a faucet, they charged my credit card immediately, and not faucet for over two months. I tried to cancel the order 4 weeks ago, but no return on my payment. the faucet just arrived they said they would take it back as a return with a $200+ restocking fee.

They took my order and payment but I never recieved my items. Attempts to chat with someone there were ignored. Had dispute it with my credit card company. This place is a scam. Stay away.

I placed an order for kitchen faucets and bathroom sinks, which were on back-order. When they still did not appear long past the estimated shipping date, I had to cancel my order. That was more than 6 weeks ago and my cc account has still not been credited. Numerous phone calls and emails, all promising prompt action by their accounting department. NOTHING!
