I have over 12k stuck with them. The accounts were not strong enough and got disabled with grey hat safe ads. I requested a refund as I am paying over 1k a month and it was just not working for me financially. Now their support is not replying to me and we can’t even try to spend that amount with the accounts. I feel my money is being stolen and that is not a joke.

I use their agency ad accounts and they work very well. Their support is absolutely incredible, for any issue they are available and will resolve it in minutes, and no matter what time or day I text them they always reply fast 24/7. Also, since they don't charge a % on ad spend, I've been saving a lot of money compared to other agencies. Thank you
