PlottrReviews of plottr.com

I love Plottr. I highly recommend learning the very basics and plot something for fun. Then learn a little more and plot for fun. You can plot out an entire series very easily once you really get going. Don't forget to watch some of the YT videos and check out the community add ons. Even if you know the ins and outs I find the videos help inspire and refill my creative well a bit.

Great program. Super helpful for authors.

i like it. it works for me.

Plottr is essential to stay organized. I am working on a long novel (or series maybe?), and there are so many places, characters, themes, and plot points to keep track of. Using Plottr has actually allowed me to develop my story in ways I didn't think it could go because it can hold everything for me as I try to fit the pieces together. I have created a database for every single element of my story and it's amazing!

I love plottr, Simple because it is a good way to keep consistency in world and a great tool for outline and world building. I can look up facts or tid bits I wrote down. Like the down fall of a leader, Who did what and where. Since world building needs indexing. Plottr filled that void. It is apart of my pipeline! Recommended for seasoned and starting writers.

Great tool to structure your stories. For both private stories and novels as well as business-related storylines for IPO etc. I use the tool pretty much.

As an aspiring writer, I need a place to be able to quickly jot down and organize ideas and thoughts as they come to me. Plottr Has become the tool that allows me to do that and more! Now those middle of the night thoughts have a quick and easy way to be placed into the structure of a story idea I’m working on. In the past, I had looked at adapting other programs to meet my needs of being able to show interactions and timelines between characters and events. Plottr seamlessly allows me to do this and more. Being able to see all these interactions graphically frees up a lot of gray matter and makes me more efficient. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and powerful. It’s become a tool I’m really glad I have.

I have been doing all my planning and plot outlining on bits of paper, and then I lose the bits. I think that this is the biggest difference that Plottr has made for me. Everything is now in one place and can be found with a click. And everything is clearer. I can feel my brain changing as I use it. It feels like such a support and it will definitely speed my writing process up. I would really like to be able to print directly from Plottr. I think they are working on this. At the moment I can print by exporting to Word but I don't like the way it looks there.
