My experience and recommendation.
The communication with PlexusDX has been well above average. They have responded to numerous questions both prior to me enrolling and after enrolling. Additionally, they contact me to confirm the mailing of my next dose. When I indicated that I needed to postpone delivery a few days, they responded within the hour. I used another provider for 6 months then another for one month (the one month was horrible) before I started researching providers. While this one was a smaller provider, their great communication and pricing convinced me to enroll. Third provider is a charm.

I just had my consultation with Dr. Lee and he was very personable. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I have gone through other providers and this consultation was much better than the others. Easy to schedule too.

First delivery arrived on time and in safe styrofoam box to prevent melting. I tried regular dose size a year ago with strong stomach side effects and so far the microdose has not caused any side effects at all.

Easy process
Easy process, easy intake questionnaire. Medication sent by ups in a refrigerated box. Easy to follow instructions are included, as well as syringes and alcohol prep packets.

Excellent company, 5 stars!
The entire process with this company was incredibly streamlined. After you answer the personal questionaire *honestly*- a doctor reviews it. For me this was all done within a couple hours. The medication was shipped within hours of me paying. Very fast. Flat fee, no hidden fees. I paid what they said i would pay, no monthly subscription. The communication with the doctor and the customer service have been great, no complaints at all. They communicated all instructions, and I can contact them anytime I need them. I'm super happy I decided to go with this company for my care!!
