I ordered on a Monday, and paid for 2 day air shipping. It is now Friday. That's 5 days. I emailed several times...no response. I called, no response. I tracked the package, and it isn't scheduled to be delivered until Tuesday. That's 8 days, and completely unacceptable. If I pay for expedited shipping, that's exactly what I should get.
