Słabe informowanie iż depozyt nie jest zwrotny w 100%. Brak cennika publicznego, utrudniony zwrot depozytu. Dodatkowo oferty z zagranicy szczególnie licytacyjne są gorsze niż bezpośrednio z rynku polskiego i bez ryzyka. Generalnie nie polecam, aczkolwiek może to moje błędne podejście do tego typu firm i aukcji. Ja byłem bardzo rozczarowany i straciłem 1000 zł na próbie zakupu w miarę rynkowej cenie samochodu, co mi się nie udało.

Najgorsza obsługa klienta. Bardzo utrudniony kontakt. Niekompetentność personelu. Brak wiedzy na temat wykonywania swoich usług. Świadczenie usług niechętne i jak by z przymusu. Jak już znajdą chęć udzielić jakich kolwiek odpowiedzi klientowi, to na pytania odpowiadaja rozmycie i niechętnie, najlepiej żeby nić odpowiedz nie wniosła do tematu. Nie potrafią okreslić terminów. Nie potrafią należycie rozwiązywać zagadnień postawionych przed tą firmą w zakresie ich usług.

J'ai un doute de sérieux sur cette société, j'ai trouvé un avis négatif non résolu depuis mai 2024 concernant la non livraison d'un véhicule....Donc avant de me positionner. J'aimerais savoir si le problème a été résolu ou pas, si une plainte a été déposée ou si un remboursement a clôturé le litige ????
