play studios openly breaks their own terms of service!
play studios has it written into the TERMS OF SERVICE everyone who signs up must sign. ITS BASICALLY A CONTRACT BETWEEN THEM AND YOU. You promise not to do x,y, and z, they promise not to be under handed and that they’re company will do what it says. However, in their own TERMS OF SERICE, it is written that anyone with any formal disputes MUST BRING THEM TO ARBITRATION. The arbitration company they mandate is called JAMS, they’re a private arbitration company and under their rules THE COMPANY(play studios) MUST PAY THE FEES. This their rules written in their TERMS OF SERVICE. So I retained LEGAL REPRESENTATION along with many, many others over some “ALLEGED” legal actions they had doing. The legal representation SERVED PLAY STUDIOS AND PLAY STUDIOS FULLY BREACHED THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE CONTRACT BY FULL STOP REFUSING TO PAY THE ARBITRATION FEES TO THE ARBITRATION COMPANY THAT THEIR TERMS DEMAND WE HAVE TO GO TO. As a lot of you know, I’m sure you’ve experienced it as I have, how STRICT these companies are when you make even a slight honest mistake that violates a term of service even accidental, how quickly these companies will lock your account, keep your many, then not even tell you why just refer you to TERMS OF SERVICE and tell you “what you did wrong is in the terms of service, our decision to keep your money and lock your account is final”. WELL HERE THEY ARE BLATANTLY BREAKING THE TERMS OF SERVICE THEY MADATED!!!! IF YOU’RE SMART, RUN AWAY!! Litigation will be continuing, I’ve heard several thousand more people were linking up with the original hundreds that they refused to pay their own arbitration fees for. Long story short, they’ll be sued out of business or BANKRUPT soon enough……RUN AWAY!!!!!!! PLAY ELSEWHERE!
