I received a bonus and was playing normally when, partway through, the bonus was removed from my account. About200 dollars disappeared, and I couldn’t understand why. I contacted live chat to ask what happened, but I was told there was no problem. Based on my experience, I won’t be using Dice Palace again. I encourage others to do their own research before depositing money. I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
