Went to playitagainsports in Timonium Maryland to sell golf clubs. The store was empty, only one worker. I told the worker what I needed. He said that he had stuff to do and I could look at their inventory. I looked for 15 minutes and returned to the worker who told me that he still had stuff to do. Which is more important, a real customer or working on stuff?

I ordered a used set of Calloway golf clubs and bag from Play It Again Sports in Colorado Springs South store online. The set was beat up with dents and the bag was missing its support stand legs (broken). And, the three driver head covers missing. I contacted this company asking for those missing items but they refused to send them. Pretty BAD BUSINESS to do that to customers!

Josh from the Hendersonville location was AMAZING! Helped me with roller hockey equipment and rules. Will go back!
