I'm rating this a 1 based on the fact that they allow casino streamers on YouTube a different set of rules to us normal players even if we highroll. Casino streamers are given 100% match bonuses on every deposit and also allowed to stake upto £10 per spin on slots. Anyone else the max is £5 as per their terms and conditions. It doesn't state anywhere that streamers get higher limits. Nor does it say on any streamers videos. They have a massive advantage and able to basically take our money!. Just look at chipmonkz for example. Big win after Big win!.

Absolute Scam avoid. Completely rigged site. Have evidence of all this as well. Deposited £95 and had bonus. Obviously lost the initial deposit. Continued to play with Bonus funds. Was playing on £5 stake for nearly 2 hours, was getting wins here and there, staying at around £250 - £360. Was around 95% competition of wagering. Then this is where it was dead spin after dead spin, went all the way down to £55 still on the same stake with 98% wagering and what happened? More dead spins and the balance was gone. Through all this there was only 1 bonus as well that paid around £170 on £5 Stake. Its clear as day it's designed to make you think your going to beat the wagering but as soon as you get close to it, dead spins after dead spins till your balance is gone. AVOID AVOID AVOID. 100% Rigged. DO NOT PLAY HERE.

Criminals who don't pay out. They run a simple scam at Playgrand Casino: If you deposit and lose, they're happy. If you deposit and win, they ignore your withdrawal, and then shut down your account if you try to complain. If you ask what happened to your funds, they tell you it was "confiscated" due to terms & conditions, but won't explain further. I simply opened and account and played for a couple hours. I tried to withdraw a modest £295 but the withdrawal was ignored. Customer support told me to submit ID documents, which I did. The withdrawal was ignored for over a month. Customer support repeatedly lied to me telling me that I'd get my withdrawal in 1-2 days. Finally, they sent me an email saying my account was terminated. When I asked about my withdrawal, they replied 2 weeks later saying the funds were "confiscated".
