After 24 days finally received my 75 pounds withdrawal. Absolutely disappointed. First of all, everything was fine, after that send us docs , send us bank statements. i have done it . After that live chat said everything is ok, but still waiting for my money . 100 emails and live chat with them , horrible service, horrible service. There is no tel contact, amateur people working there . Poor quality

I made a withdrawal transaction of £500 in 06.06.2022 that was accepted the very next day . Since then i’m trying to talk to them by mails and livechat because i never received the money in my bank account and the only answer i get is that my querry is under review by the “relevant team” . It’s been a month now , and at this point i’m tired of begging for the money i won . It’s a shame because before i never had this kind of problems .

Update it has been well over a month now and after email after email live chat after live chat I still have not been paid my withdrawal I sent in proof etc and still nothing it's always it's been escalated we will inform you as soon as we here from whom ever absolutely ridiculous I will never recommend anyone to use this site and if you get to read this before using them please take my advice and avoid them at all costs!!

Poor poor company. Joined last night and quit just before using promotional stakes. Wake up this morning to my account blocked due to fraudulent activity. When questioned about this they've disconnected chat 3 times and have refused to refund my initial deposit for no reason. They said I couldn't use PayPal but it's advertised on their site? Strongly strongly avoid, terrible customer service - especially from Annabelle. Disgusting treatment of customers.
