Poor commutation ; website glitches ; bad customer service
So I am a part of a lot of different sleepstakes apps, and I decided to give this when I try and I went through the same verification process that I do with every other one that I've been involved in, however, for some reason it was denied which I understand it happened sometimes.So I got in touch with customer service about a manual override , and they pretty much told me that it was a final decision since it failed and due risk of identity fraud they Wouldn't even consider doing a manual override and said , thanks for your understanding by that , was it pretty ridiculous.
