I don't recommend it. the sweater is not the same as in the submitted picture. The support team is good for nothing. they don't admit when they make a mistake.

DO NOT ORDER!! They send wrong sizes and poor quality and when i emails customer service they said no to me and they are the right products when they are not And now they dont want to refund me !

Do NOT order here I repeat do NOT order here. I ordered a custom Spotify embroidered sweater combined with a Spotify keychain. When my ordered arrived I was extremely disappointed. The sweater that I ordered was different to the one I received and the keychain that I also ordered wasn’t delivered at all. When I contacted customer service about the issue , their only reply was that they were only willing to compensate me with 16 USD which is far below the amount I paid. Never had such a bad experience with a customer service. When you’re stupid enough to buy something from them, make sure you use a creditcard otherwise you’re royally screwed. If you want to buy a custom hoodie or sweater of any sort. DO NOT buy it from this hell hole of a company.

I ordered a "Custom Spotify Embroidered Hoodie". It should have a date embroided on the sleeve. While ordering, it didn't say how many caracters will be on one line. Now my date is embroided like this. 5/10/2 024 When I contacted their support, they simply told me the info on the sleeve is correct. That's it.

This company are crooks, I made an order with personalisation on a jumper. Only half of the embroidery was done, and they didn't want to make the product again or refund me for what wasn't done! On top of that, the delivery times are ghyper long, and customer service is just trying to confuse you so that they don't admit that they made a mistake. Really go your way, use other sites to personalise your gifts, because they are crooks.

Avoid this product that is really poor in quality. Also customer service dosen’t answer to any problem. They Made My sweatshirt wrong, the patch is really bad. I wrote 3 e mail with photo too. Nobody answer. Avoid it to not loose your money. You will find more better products online. This is really bad

paid 42,18 euros for the sweatshirt, and I didn't get the correct product, since the sweatshirt had an A instead of a N. Once I sent over all the evidences about their mistake, they insisted that everything was correct from their side. Finally, when I convinced them about their mistake they offered me back 5 euros instead of returning me the money or sending me the correct product because "I should send them back the sweatshirt and it would cost me 30 euros", which to be fair I found outrageous.
