2 months waiting , then receiving products different from what and then a ridiculous offer to damage limitation . And that at quite real prices. This is a thorough rip off and borders on fraud!

I received the scannable hoodie...but it did not work. I sent customer support a message...their response was they wanted to give me a $4 credit...for a product they made that does not work. Terrible.

I really looked forward to receive my hoodie, but I was so disappointed. Delivery time about 1month is ok as I live in Norway and expected them to produce these in the US. However, although the tracking indicate that it comes from the US, it really comes from China. This product is made in china and the quality is as if I bought it on Wish or Temu. Very disappointed. Also, the hoodie itself don’t match those portrayed on their site as it lacks the drawstrings. I will NOT order from here again. Very poor quality and very expensive price for something worth nothing more than 10$.

I have been waiting for my order for two months. Now the shipping update says it is still in the warehouse in china??? Spare yourself the frustrations and do not order from here!! This was suppose to be a Christmas gift

I'm still waiting on a customized hoodie that I ordered over two months ago. The ad looks legit, but the company is a FAKE. DO NOT ORDER from playback memory.

I ordered a sweatshirt embroidered with a picture of me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend is black and i am white. They embroidered my boyfriend as a white male, and when i e-mailed them about it (In a friendly tone), they kept writing back, that the order was correct and that i was wrong. I’ve send them multiple pictures and they still keep telling me that the order is correct. Every person who has seen the sweatshirt all has the same reaction. “Why is he embroidered as a white male”. They Will not send a new sweatshirt or let me return the sweatshirt. Very inappropiate and unethical.

My order hasn't arrived in over 2 months , keep chasing customer support team who said this was delivered but couldn't provide a POD and not replied to my last 4 emails, really poor service

All the colors mixed up, received 4 instead of 5 shirts, sizes are inadequate, customer service lousy, spotify link doesn’t work. Rubbish, money down the drain.
