Buyers beware. Plants4Home can not be trusted.
I ordered plants from plants4home.com/ in the summer of 2021 and had good luck with them. I placed an order for 20 bedding plants in early December 2021 totaling $168 with shipping. When it had not come by the Christmas holidays, I emailed them and ask them to hold the order until Jan 1st when I would be back in town. They agreed to hold the order for me. When I arrived back home, I contacted them and ask them to send it now. They said they would get it ready and send it out. But they did not. I have been sending them emails all of January and they do not even answer me back. In my last email, I ask for a refund. Still nothing! So I guess I lost my $168 to Plants4Home. I don't know what has happened to them. Did they go out of business?

We appreciate you being a repeat customer and are sorry to hear that this experience left you frustrated. Just to clarify for anyone reading: this order was eventually fulfilled and you did not lose any money. It looks like the delay occurred due to winter conditions and a hold request you made during the holiday season. We acknowledge that our communication during that period wasn’t where it should’ve been. Since then, we’ve made major improvements to how we handle customer support, especially during winter and high-volume seasons. We're a small, hardworking nursery that genuinely cares about our customers, and we appreciate honest feedback. We just want to make sure the facts are clear for others reading this—this was not a case of fraud or disappearance, and your plants were shipped. We’re here if you’d ever like to give us another shot. —The Plants4Home Team
