Be warned, fake. You are asked to send them $11 on crypto. Before you can redame, and when you do it stakes, you can redeem that with your winnings, but guess what? You send them the $11, and you hear Nothing. In return, one hundred percent fake sight needs to be shut down

They only got 1 star bcuz I had to hit smthg b4 I could go forward. DO NOT PLAY THIS CASIO!!! I won $4200 with a promo that said no rules AND get all your money that you win, cash out all of your winnings!! So I win and when I go to cash out they said I was missing documents? I said oh I’m sorry I was verified last week. They checked and said I had to resubmit my documentation. So I did, over and over again! All they kept saying to me was that I wasn’t there was something wrong with my picture or there was something wrong with something else. It didn’t matter what I gave them. It didn’t matter how clear the picture was cause you could see everything every number every letter they needed and they just would not pay me no matter what. They came up with every excuse under the sun to not pay me. It was absolutely ridiculous and I won this money fair & square and no matter what they would not pay me they even sent me an email that said congratulations your account has been verified!!!! And they still said after that that my documentation was not right, after another department sent me something saying that I was!!! it’s obvious that this casino will do anything that I can to not pay you, so stay away from this one!!!!!!

I won $500 then requested withdrawal, after waiting for weeks only to know they need additional requirement, after I summited copy of my bank statement they rejected it saying fake, asking me to submit statement from different bank, in short they did not pay me even after telling them that same bank statement I used and accepted by 2 of their sister company.

Worst gambling site ever . 100% phony never in the years that I've been playing, have I been treated so poorly lack of it consideration. The last thing the last draw was I took no rules bonus, which was advertised as no mex, cash out, no cash out limit. But what did they do? They gave me back just my deposit and took the other $300 where it went. Who knows I recommend if you don't want to get ripped off? Not to go to that site i wish I could post this bad review on every sight known to man that they are garbage along with many others. But this one takes the number one cake. And by the way , if you happen to talk to online representative , if you get andrew , consider your money stolen , bye bye that piece needs to be fired probably james straight from burger king , cash register to work in that online service for planet seven casino

I had a very disappointing experience with Planet 7 Casino. At first, everything seemed fine — the bonuses looked attractive and the site was easy enough to use. However, things quickly went downhill when I tried to withdraw my winnings. The withdrawal process was a nightmare. I was repeatedly asked for additional verification documents, and even after submitting everything, my request was either delayed or denied without a clear explanation. It felt like there were constant obstacles being put in place just to avoid paying out. From what I experienced, and what many others have reported, getting your money out is extremely difficult. Customer support was also unreliable. Live chat was often unavailable, and when I did manage to reach someone, I either got generic responses or no real help at all. At one point, it felt like I was just being given the runaround. Overall, I would not recommend this casino. The lack of transparency, issues with withdrawals, and poor customer support make it hard to trust. There are much better and more reliable options out there. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆

They. Will. Take. Your. Money

Stay away the ripped me off twice, never paid out even after i followed all there rules. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I attempted to make a withdraw using bitcoin only because I didn't like the questions asked with using a wire transfer to my back ( what date did I open my bank account) I've never been asked that question. Any way my request to use Bitcoin was accepted by planet 7, shortly after being accepted my debit card was hacked. Not sure if it was related but I became wary of this site after that. Well 10 days after my submission my 200 dollars I requested to withdraw was denied and the money showed back up in my P7 account. Any money that I had that was withdrawable was gone and the bonus I was working on was also gone. It only showed my original $200 as withdrawable. I have tried using the chat but only get stuck in the queue. Will be trying email next.
