There is absolutely no sign of life at this site besides the automatically running software that will forever accept your money as long as it has power to run. The chat links are dead. Going on 5 weeks zero response from my emails. The identity documents I sent are probably on the dark web by now. Criminal thieves is all I see.

Do not use planet 7 they are a scam, I tried to cash out 2000.00 dollars I won off my own money no promo and they denied it saying it was mixed funds whatever that means. Not only did they deny it but they kept my 2000.00 dollars they should be shut down

I won $100.00 and provided my bank info for it to be direct deposited. I received a message saying it was approved by the manager and that was almost a month ago. Still NO money, I emailed them 5 days ago and no answer! PLEASE read reviews before playing!

Planet 7 is another site that does not honor it's payouts! And I was called a liar by an agent, as she created a lie to deny my payout! I waited 5 days after my verification was approved, then my transaction was approved by a manager, and then taken away! First they claimed I used more then one free chip, which was a lie and I pointed it out, then she came back with a new one saying that I had multiple accounts and then closed the chat! I will not deposit money to a dishonest company that doesn't honor it's word! It's Agents are rude and tell you you're a liar!

Total Scam. Deposited money and played a few games. Won, tried to cash out. They said sorry we are not gonna pay you. Stay far away from this place.

It’s a scam site they will offer a bonus each month after you spend so much money and then if you win on that bonus they say that’s will pay you for the winnings. it’s been 35 days I won 450 they made an excuse dropped it to 365 after 20 more days another excuse 🤬 now to 100 and I still haven’t been paid! It’s crazy! Total SCAM! BS

Yeah do not deposit any money with these people, this is the worst I've ever been treated. I made my deposits in bitcoin one thousands of dollars on 2 separate occasions I tried to withdraw the money they refused to pay me they said they needed my debit card information even though I paid with bitcoinI made my deposits in bitcoin one thousands of dollars on 2 separate occasions I tried to withdraw the money they refused to pay me they said they needed my debit card information even though I paid with bitcoin. You will win some big jackpots but it doesn't matter you can't get paid. Honestly this is been the worst gambling experience of my life.

Worst online casino there is, along with their other sister casinos. Spent weeks trying yo withdraw 2500 from them and 900 from slots of vegas....submit withdrawal, give them all info they ask, wait 10 days and the money is back in my casino account. They claim i didnt provide something so i provide it to them, wait 10 days, and again money back in my casino account. this want on forever and i never did get that money......DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH THEM. Im sure they have paid out money but just read the reviews, cause now i see i'm not the only one they did this to
