It is not every day that a dining experience leaves such a lasting and positive impression, but Ms. Jillian has consistently made that a reality. From the moment I walk through the door, Ms. Jillian is always on the go — attentive, energetic, and fully present for every guest. She moves with purpose and efficiency that is both impressive and refreshing. No table is overlooked, no request goes unnoticed, and no guest is ever left waiting without her warm acknowledgment. What truly distinguishes Ms. Jillian is her unwavering commitment to following restaurant policies and procedures. She conducts herself with professionalism at every turn, ensuring that quality, safety, and service standards are upheld without exception. It is evident that she takes pride in representing Pizza Nova the right way — every single shift. Beyond her efficiency, Ms. Jillian is genuinely one of the most helpful and kind-hearted individuals I have encountered in the service industry. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. Her helpful nature is not performative — it comes from a place of authentic care for the people she serves. Ms. Jillian is, without question, a tremendous asset to the Pizza Nova team in San Diego. Employees of her caliber are rare — those who combine reliability, professionalism, warmth, and genuine dedication into every shift they work. She elevates the dining experience and reflects the very best of what hospitality should be. I hope this letter serves as a small token of the immense appreciation she deserves. Please ensure that Ms. Jillian knows how much her hard work, dedication, and wonderful spirit are noticed and valued by the guests she serves.
