Hello Brian, Hope you are doing great, I think there is some confusion between PIXELS LOGO DESIGN & PIXELS LOGO. We clearly mentioned on our site & on Trustpilot profile as well that we are not a PIXELS LOGO DESIGN & nor affiliated with them in any way. Both are different companies with the same name. The difference is we are PIXELS LOGO & they are PIXELS LOGO DESIGN. So, If you cross-check & remove your review from our profile, it would be appreciated. Thanks: PIXELS LOGO

I appreciate that Jim, You took time & give us a review, which is one side of the story. You hired us for your website design & development & you were agreed on all terms & conditions which was "We will come up with a mock-up design first for you to review & once you approved we will start the development" But after a mock-up design you started asking for a FTP for your website which was not possible but some how we managed & developed your complete website witnin a day because you threatened us that "You are going to process a chargeback" After all of these you took your money back & start blackmailing our agent for sending you the complete source files. You said "Send me the files & get your money back" He sent you the files then you disappeared & made your website live with some other developers. Our agent tried to get the money-back from you because you already got the files & also made your website live. You said you already revert the dispute but never send us any withdrawl letter. Our agent continuously trying to resolve the issue & asked you for withdrawl letter but you never send it. Now we don't have money & you are using our developed website on your hosting. https://newartistrecords.com/ Please send us the withdrawl letter so we can close the dispute by showing this letter to our payment merchant & we will provide you the complete access of your website. It was confusion which we tried to resolve for you, but you didn't want to continue at any cost. We were still willing to complete your project, but you left in between & withdraw your project & got the refund.
