I ordered Caddicarus PlayStation Game covers back in November 2025. I have not heard a single update about my order. I have contacted them 4 times and I receive no response. The items aren't expensive but it's beyond annoying that I can't even get through to Customer Support or get a single update on this! It makes me not want to buy future merch from a creator I truly enjoy. At this point I don't even expect I will ever get these items that I paid for but Pixel Empire will probably not even tell me that much. Avoid them if you can it isn't worth the hassle.

Awful. I mean, truly awful. I bought the Caddicarus Box set (DVD) back in November and have not received a single update since the purchase went through. I've contacted them 3 times so far (now it's Feb), just asking for an update and whether they've received my payments, etc. Nothing, they are truly an awful website to buy stuff from. (reminds me of Zavvi when I got automatic responses and not human responses at all). If they keep this up, I won't be purchasing anything from them ever again.
