Terrible experience because they simply refused to respond to repeated emails to the one and only contact point they provide. I also tried going through Shopify. No response. Just wanted to return the "leather" pixel watch band I got was garbage quality and not as described. Had to eventually do a dispute with my bank. To be fair, the nylon watch band was "fine" - overpriced, but didn't have an issue paying for it.

I bought a cover for my Pixel 10, I didn't like the quality and I asked for a refund. They asked me to send it back to China at my expense when it's clearly stated on the website that they're going to care of the return process. Never heard from them again
