I’m extremely disappointed with how this company has handled a challenge in which I was disqualified. I am disabled and have a respiratory illness, something I have already explained to their customer service team. When exercising, there may be occasions where I need to steady myself, briefly step off the treadmill or get some water because of breathlessness or feeling unsteady. Despite this, I was informed that their system had detected “abnormal current data” and disqualified me. After I challenged the decision and supplied a screenshot of my workout record, they eventually identified an 18-second period — 5:44 to 6:02 into a 44-minute workout — as the period in question. They have now asked me to explain whether I was doing “any other activities” during those exact 18 seconds. The workout took place on 23 August, so expecting me to remember precisely what I was doing during an 18-second interval weeks later is unreasonable. More importantly, I have not been told exactly what the supposed abnormal data was or how their system distinguishes deliberate manipulation from someone briefly stepping off, steadying themselves, taking a drink or otherwise changing how they are using the treadmill — particularly someone exercising with a disability. I have categorically not cheated or deliberately manipulated the treadmill or race data. If a company is going to accuse a customer of cheating and disqualify them based on automated detection, I believe it should be able to provide clear evidence and properly consider legitimate explanations before reaching that conclusion. For a service involving physical exercise, I am particularly disappointed by the apparent lack of consideration given to the fact that disabled customers may not use a treadmill in exactly the same way as an able-bodied person. I hope they reconsider the DQ and provide a proper explanation of the evidence on which it was based.

This company is awful! Bought a walking pad, was still under warranty they refused to fix.

This company appears to be part of the same ownership group of Superun and DeerRun. I'm pretty all of these (likely fake) companies/brand names are one of those Chinese drop-shippers who is constantly changing names and opening new front companies after word get around about how bad they are. I placed an order for a treadmill with a company called "Superun" on July 17th, at which time I was told the shipping time was 3-7 days. One week later, after I had received no shipping confirmation, I contacted customer service who could only tell me that they "are currently awaiting further details regarding the estimated shipment." When I asked how long it would take to get additional details, I was given a canned response that "the issue has been escalated to the assigned department for further investigation." They promised to follow up, which they never did. The walking pad finally arrived on August 8th, except it was not the product I ordered - it was a different model branded "DeerRun" not "Superun" (apparently they are the same company). In addition, the box had clearly been opened and retaped, so it was likely a product that had been returned by another customer. I again contacted customer service who first tried to tell me that the model I received was the same as the one I ordered. When I pointed out that their own websites show different specs for the two models, they then admitted they were different but claimed the model I received was "an upgraded version, which is why the specifications differ slightly." Because of all of the issues I experienced, I requested a refund. I was offered $10 and then $30 to compensate for the inconvenience. I have now been going back and forth with their terrible customer service at yet ANOTHER company - Pit Pat Fitness - for more than two weeks. I continue to get the runaround from this company regarding pickup of the wrong item they sent. I am likely going to have to initiate a chargeback with my credit card to get this resolved. AVOID.
