I believe that if support team of any saas application is responsive and cooperative then you should buy from them. If the tools are good but sellers are not as cooperative as they should be then it means you have wasted your amount. I usually write reviews because I also put my analysis on my youtube channel and as a freelancer I need saas applications in my routine work.
