Easy process, professional team, wish they were a little bit more competitive. Will certainly try to do business with them again

PIRS was reasonably responsive to providing providing support, which would have warranted a 5-star rating. However, I give them a 4-star rating because, after "everything was completed", they continually asked for additional documentation in the12th hour before releasing funds. It took over 48 hours to receive funds after we were told "everything is done."

I appreciated the professional follow up and how quickly they were able to move. My only constructive feedback would be to be more upfront about the costs of their credit and their fees. I was surprised at the end by a large unexpected fee. I almost abandoned the process as a result
