Liars re:personal guarantee
Liars re:personal guarantee. I engaged with them solely because, multiple times, including in their first cold email, they claimed, "No personal guarantees." Lo and behold, contract they send is nasty and 100% includes a personal guarantee. They claim, "Yeah, if you don't plan to default, then there's nothing personally liable." The whole point of a personal guarantee is in case of default. They wasted a massive amount of my time and are clearly, as one friend of mine put it, "legal loan sharks."

Mickey, we are disappointed to hear that you feel this way. When we got on a call with you, we made sure to explain exactly how our contracts are written. PIRS takes the time to ensure that everyone understands what they are signing, and we also understand that not everyone will agree or decide to move forward. I felt that our conversation was constructive, and there is no need to post this review because you disagree with legal language in our agreement. We hope that you decide to reconsider this, because PIRS took the necessary steps to discuss our contracts to ensure you understood everything involved.

Terrible follow up
Used the service for the first time, never again. Was supposed to payoff another company and get remaining funds. They paid off my other advance and didn’t send my remaining until I kept calling and calling. Not good

Plan on paying more then the original quote
I started the funding process with a couple companies. This one seemed to have the best option for me so I choose this company. After explaining to the other vendors that I was going with someone else, I should never have done that, options with this vendor changed and I was backed into a wall as the project needed to go forward. Beware of last minute fees with this company, plan on a 5% increase in fees when it is time for funding......
