The Bank President, Kevin Beune continued on with his unrelenting hate and removed me from the Schuyler, Nebraska Pinnacle Bank. Why? Because he can. He is on a POWER trip that has no ends. There is no boss over him to stop him and there is no one we customers can go to as each Pinnacle Bank does their own thing. All over a misunderstanding and I had been with the bank for years. Now he succeeded in messing up a disabled person's life by removing me and continues on to this day with no conscience whatsoever. I would advise not going to Pinnacle Banks and I would encourage you to seek out a good Credit Union because they offer more options as well as better manners.

The most horrible Bank ever, they closed my account for exchanging dollar bills into larger bills. Do not open an account with them because they will close your account for no valid reason. Particular Branch I was using is 6750 Bridge St, Fort Worth, TX 76112

Only giving 1 star as there is no option to give less. This bank gave incorrect information leading to a large money transfer going missing. Then when questioned about it promptly closed the bank account and could not supply a valid reason. Clearly they do not like getting called out on their mistakes. This error on their part nearly cost me my house as the transfer was to pay for a mortgage payment overdue whilst in the process of selling the property.
